The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

• Company identifiers, contacts, emails, product characteristics (product utilisation, estimated quantities, lubricant type, storage type, transportation type, SDS, chemical analysis, EER codes)

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you via our webpage.

We use the information that you have given us in order to compile a database that will facilitate the tracking and collection of waste bio-lubricants across Italy.

We may share this information internally amongst all partners of the LIFE Bio-lubricant project namely Fratelli Parodi, ValoreCO2, Venanzieffe, Q8Oils Italia and EWABA, and with the monitor of this project - European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA) - on behalf of the European Commission.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep all data received for the period of 8 years, equal to the length of the LIFE Bio-Lubricant project and a 5-year post-period where this data will be available for use to expand this to a national collection system of bio-lubricants. We will then dispose your information.
